How do I unlock more cooking slots?

I have 2 slots, but I'm not sure how I unlocked the second. Does anyone know the skill levels that more slots unlock?

  • Cooking level 30, +1 slot
  • Cooking level 60, +1 slot
  • Cooking level 70, +2 slots
